The VanDusen Volunteer Seed Collectors have been collecting, cleaning, packaging and selling our seeds at VanDusen Botanical Garden since 1982, and since 2002 we have been offering them for sale online as well. As new harvests ripen, our volunteers collect, clean and prepare the new seeds so that our online store is constantly updated, so be sure to check back from time to time to see what’s new.
Please Note: Since May 2006, the US Department of Agriculture has required that US citizens obtain permits to import seeds under their 'Small Lots of Seed Program.' Information about the permit process is available online here.
For some time we tried to work with this requirement, but most US customers found the permit process too daunting, and cancelled their orders. Therefore, we have reluctantly discontinued shipping seeds to the US.
